General Admission Tickets

Just right click the attachment and download into your MS Word program and print it out. Then complete the form and mail as directed, along with your check. We will mail you the wrist bands. Your name will be on the "Master Ticket List" as being mailed. WE NEED TWO(2) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FESTIVAL IN ORDER TO MAIL THE WRIST BANDS BACK TO YOU. If less than two(2) weeks prior to the festival, plan on picking them up at the gate. SEND US AN E-MAIL TO CONFIRM

PLEASE SEND AN E-MAIL TO jamesbnewton@chartermi.net so we can get your name on the web site as well as on the judges score sheet. REMINDER THERE ARE TWO(2) FORMS AND THE SECOND HAS THE REQUEST FOR THE PRE-FESTIVAL TICKETS THAT WILL BE MAILED TO YOU. SEE THE FOLLOWING FORM 2 AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. CHEERS!!!!!

Complete all the information on the entry form and mail with your check (MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO K.S.F.A.), but mail it to James Newton 4249 Pine Knoll Road, Kalamazoo, Michigan, 49004. If you mail it with in two(2) weeks of the festival, you will have to pick up the wrist bands at the front gate.
